Quay installations in front of the Ozeaneum to be rehabilitated

10 April 2019, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Stralsund: The Ozeaneum and storage, taken in sunny weather in the harbour. Stralsund is to receive 10.35 million euros from the federal government for the redesign of the quay facilities in front of the Ozeaneum. The funds come from the “National Urban Development Projects“ funding programme of the Federal Ministry of the Interior. The money will be used to rehabilitate the quay facilities in Stralsund‘s inner city, which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and thus also serve as a tourist flagship for the Ozeaneum.
