    「新華社」中国・スリランカ共同運営の港湾でバンカー船が初の給油作業

    スリランカ・ハンバントタ港のオイルターミナルに2月24日早朝、3千トン級のバンカー船「クマナ(kumana)」号が停泊し、中国石油大手、中国石油化工集団(シノペック)傘下の中国石化燃料油スリランカがリースしている同港の油槽所から低硫黄燃料油1500トンを積み込んだ。7時間後、「クマナ」号は同港の係留地に到着し、同港を通過するタンカー「スエズハンス」号に燃料を補給した。同日午前、インドのチェンナイ港から出航したスエズハンス号がハンバントタ港の係留地に到着。「クマナ」号は長いローディングアームを通じてタンカー「スエズハンス」号に接続、1500トンの燃料油をゆっくりと注入した。これは、昨年シノペック社初のオイルタンカーが燃料油の積み降ろし作業を完了して以来、初めての船舶への燃料補給作業となる。同日、ハンバントタ国際港集団と中国石化燃料油スリランカ、現地のクライアントが参加しての祝賀会が開かれた。石油・ガス事業は同港の主要事業の一つであり、現在、同港には10万トン級の石油・ガスバース2カ所と約14万立方メートルの石油・ガスタンクファームがある。スリランカ最南端に位置するハンバントタ港は、インド洋航路からわずか10カイリの距離にあり、アジアや欧州、アフリカを往来する貨物船の多くがここを通過する。(記者/唐璐) =配信日: 2021(平成33)年3月2日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
