  ヒューマンライツ写真展 人権宣言記念写真展を開催

  国連での世界人権宣言採択五十周年を記念して「ヒューマンライツ」写真展（共同通信社など主催）が五日から、東京都渋谷区千駄ケ谷のフジタバンテミュージアムで開かれた。フォトジャーナリストのグループ「コンタクトプレスイメージ」の十四カ国二十五人による世界各地からの「人間の権利にもっと光を！」をテーマにした作品約百点が展示された。　冷たい雨の降るあいにくの天候にもかかわらず、若者たちやカップルが多く訪れ、天安門広場でハンガーストライキをする学生やイスラム過激派組織ハマスの捜索、サラエボ爆撃などの写真を熱心に見ていた。ある若いカップルは「世界にはいろいろな事があるとあらためて実感した」と話していた。　入場無料、二十八日まで開催（木曜休館）。問い合わせは同ミュージアム、電話０３（３７９６）２４８６へ。

The new research involving Newquay Zooââ¬â¢s civet population will help to shed more light on the species, their mating habits and their reproductive health, in order to help ensure their continued survival...The research is being conducted using a range of methods, from ultrasounds, to the assessment of sperm samples and hormone levels present in faecal samples. Further sperm samples have been taken and cryopreserved for use in the future if needed.
