Al- Qaeda leader and founder Osama Bin Laden has been killed by US forces in Pakistan, President Obama has said. The ‘most wanted man‘ was gunned down in Abbotabad, outside Islamabad in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa province in North-west Pakistan. After a brief firefight, US forces took possession of his body. Pakistani and American forces have sealed off the 3-mile-radius area around the spot of Osama‘s killing and even the residents are not allowed to go out. Bin Laden was accused of being behind number of atrocities, including the attacks on New York and Washington on September 11, 2001. Excited crowds gathered outside the White House in Washington DC, chanting “USA, USA“ after the news emerged.
