The book dates from the 16th century and contains a description of around 2, 000 books from a library belonging to Hernando Colón, son of Christopher Columbus. The book disappeared after Hernando Colón‘s death in 1539, but in 2018 the book was found among manuscripts at the Arnamagnaeanske Samling, University of Copenhagen.
