2019年06月06日Cold Case from 1993 is solved COLD CASESt. Charles County, Missouri Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar has released information on the solving of a 25 year old cold case, where a suspect has been charged. Earl Webster Cox, 61, has been charged with the killing of Angie Housman, 9, who was found dead in November of 1993 in St. Louis. Housman‘s body was found in the Busch Conservation area outside of St. Louis by a hunter nine days after she went missing. The girl‘s autopsy revealed the cause of death to be hypothermia, starvation, also tortured and sexually assaulted.
