「新華社」製鉄所から生まれ変わったサーキットで夜間イベント河北省秦皇島市

中国河北省秦皇島市のサーキット場「首鋼賽車谷」でこのほど、サマーナイトカーニバルが開幕した。期間は３０日間で、水上アクロバットショーや夏のグルメ、ドライブインシアター、ゴーカート体験などで夏の夜を盛り上げ、夜間消費や体験活動に対する市民の多様な需要を満たし、港湾都市の夜間経済（ナイトタイムエコノミー）の質の高い発展を促進する。首鋼賽車谷のある場所にはかつて、中国鉄鋼大手、首鋼集団傘下「秦皇島首秦金属材料」の製鉄所があった。京津冀（北京市・天津市・河北省）協同発展の戦略的需要に対応し、秦皇島市が持つ都市機能の発揮に寄与するため、首秦は産業遺産を極力保護・活用することを前提に生産停止と移転を進め、敷地を計画面積８・１３平方キロのサーキット場に転用した。先行オープンした２・４平方キロの中心エリアには、モータースポーツや産業遺産公園、リゾートキャンプなどが配置されている。（記者／張碩）＜映像内容＞サーキット場でサマーナイトカーニバルが開幕、水上アクロバットショーなどのパフォーマンス、撮影日：撮影日不明、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ
