2018年03月06日Elderly Care Fair 2018dpatop - The robot Pepper during the fair Elderly Care 2018 (‘Altenpflege 2018‘) in Hannover, Germany, 06 March 2018. He is 1.20 meters tall, counts with round eyes and friendly approaches people while moving on wheels. Pepper could be soon deployed in elderly care in German nursing homes and be used to entertain the inhabitants with music and pantomime as well as to invite them to do movement exercises. The small robot, developed by computer scientits from the University of Siegen, is now supposed to stirr up a social debate on the role of robots in elderly care.
