「新華社」中国語ガイド人材育成に注力平壌観光大学を訪ねて

朝鮮（北朝鮮）では夏の訪れとともに観光シーズンを迎える。過ごしやすい気候と風光明媚な自然にひかれ、世界中から多くの観光客がこの神秘の国に足を踏み入れる。記者は先ごろ、首都平壌で、観光ガイドを養成する平壌観光大学を取材した。同校で中国語を教える韓雪香（ハン・ソルヒャン）氏によると、平壌観光大学は別名を平壌旅行大学ともいい、２０１４年に国内の観光人材を育成する専門大学として創設された。前身は１９８７年に設立された平壌ガイド通訳学校で、朝鮮（北朝鮮）の観光業発展に伴い２００２年に校名を平壌旅行学校へと変更。２０１４年に現在の名称になった。現在、千人以上の学生が在籍しており、ガイド、マネジメント、遠隔教育の３学部が設置されている。３学部はさらに中国語、英語、ロシア語、観光開発、観光マネジメントなどの専攻に分かれている。韓氏によると、毎年２００人余りが卒業し、朝鮮（北朝鮮）各所の観光部門へ配属されているという。朝鮮（北朝鮮）は現在、観光シーズンを迎えつつあり、毎日約千人の観光客が入国している。うち７割近くが中国人観光客であり、中国語ガイドは引く手あまたとなっている。同校では成長を続ける自国の観光業に歩調を合わせるため、中国語教育課程を中心的な学科と位置づけており、学生の間でも一番人気がある。千人余りの在学生のうち、中国語専攻の学生は半分以上を占める。同校では、現代化の要請に応える国際的なガイド人材育成基地を作り上げるため、さまざまな教育方式を積極的に取り入れ、教育理念を改革し、国際交流と協力を強化している。中国や英国、フランス、日本、国連世界観光機関（ＵＮＷＴＯ）などの国や機関と国際学術交流と共同研究を行うほか、定期的に学生を海外留学に派遣し、また外国人教師を招聘している。（記者／劉艶霞）＜映像内容＞北朝鮮の平壌観光大学の授業の様子など、撮影日：撮影日不明、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ
