    中国広東省交通集団は28日、同省深圳市と中山市を橋やトンネルで結ぶ「深中通道」の建設で中心的役割を担う作業船「一航津安1」号の引き渡しが広州市で行われたことを明らかにした。同船は、沈埋函(ちんまいかん)と呼ばれる事前に地上で作ったトンネル構造体の浮上移動や定位、投下、埋設などを一括で行える世界初の専用船で、自動船位保持システム(DPS)やルートトラッキング機能を備えている。「深中通道」は粤港澳大湾区(広東・香港・マカオビッグベイエリア)で建設中の海峡横断道路で、長さ約24キロメートル、2024年の竣工・開通を見込む。沈埋トンネルの全長は6・8キロで、世界で初めて8車線(片側4車線)の「超広幅員」鋼殻コンクリート製沈埋函を使用する。超大型サイズの各沈埋函の正確な設置は、海底トンネル建設で最も重要かつ困難な部分とされており、同船は沈埋函の輸送と設置に不可欠な中核設備となる。同船の開発は、深中通道管理センターが主体となり、中交第一航務工程局が企画、上海振華重工(集団)が設計、中船黄埔文沖船舶が施工をそれぞれ担当した。完全な独自知的財産権を持ち、既に中国国内の特許を取得し、国際特許の出願も行っている。(記者/田建川)<映像内容>世界初の沈埋トンネル建設専用船の様子、撮影日:2019(令和元)年9月28日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ

    ヤマザキマザックは主力の美濃加茂製作所(岐阜県美濃加茂市)の第一・第二工場を製品別から組み立てと部品加工の機能別に再編・統合し、報道陣と顧客に公開した。同社初の部品用無線識別(RFID)タグや無人フォークリフト(AGFL)を導入、IoT(モノのインターネット)や自動化、人工知能(AI)、デジタルツインなども活用し、月産能力を従来比5割増の350台に高めた。美濃加茂製作所はヤマザキマザックの国内生産の6割を担う。第一・第二工場は約600メートル離れ、従来は別工場として運営していた。再編の投資額は130億円。諸データを即時共有し一体運営する。RFIDで部材や部品の物流を管理するシステム「IDトラッキング・プラス」を導入。加工部品約2500品目や購入部品の位置、数量、滞留期間を見える化し改善に生かす。第二工場ではAIやデジタルツインで加工機をコントロール室から遠隔操作・管理。AGFL3台を導入、問題解決提案の見本として複合加工機4台と自動倉庫やロボット、周辺機器による自動化ライン「マザック・オート・フレックス・セル」も稼働した。機内段取りをなくす画像処理システム、カップリングの生産所要日数を14日から4日にする金属積層造形(AM)技術も導入した。同社は最新技術で工場稼働を高度化する工場のスマート化を推進する。美濃加茂の再編で国内のスマート化が一巡。今後も「進化を続ける」(堀田政春上席執行役員)方針だ。=2019(令和元)年11月25日、岐阜県美濃加茂市のヤマザキマザック美濃加茂第二工場、クレジット:日刊工業新聞/共同通信イメージズ
