03:09.952018年11月09日パーキンソンにｉＰＳ 世界初、脳に神経移植 京大京都大は９日、人の人工多能性幹細胞（ｉＰＳ細胞）から神経細胞を作り、パーキンソン病患者の脳内に移植する治験の１例目を５０代の男性患者に実施したと発表した。ｉＰＳ細胞を使った再生医療はさまざまな疾患で計画され、京大によると、パーキンソン病での治験は世界初。ｉＰＳ細胞の患者への利用は、目の難病患者の網膜を再生する理化学研究所の世界初のケースに次ぐ。治験は京大病院が京大ｉＰＳ細胞研究所と連携して実施。現場の医師が主体となって安全性や有効性を検証する医師主導治験として進めている。計画では、京大が備蓄する、拒絶反応が起きにくい型の他人のｉＰＳ細胞から作った神経細胞を脳に移植し、ドーパミンを出す神経細胞を補う。観察期間は２年間を想定。拒絶反応を抑えるため免疫抑制剤も投与する。〈映像内容〉京大病院の外観、京大病院の高橋良輔脳神経内科長、京大ｉＰＳ細胞研究所の高橋淳教授らによる記者会見の様子、撮影日：２０１８（平成３０）年１１月９日、撮影場所：京都大学病院
