    Nongshim tops 2 tln won in ramyeon sales This photo shows the “ramyeon,“ or instant noodles, section of a retail outlet in Seoul on March 24, 2021. According to data from the Financial Supervisory Service on the same day, the country‘s top ramyeon maker posted 2.09 trillion won (US$1.85 billion) in sales last year, up 16.3 percent on-year. It marks the first time that Nongshim‘s ramyeon sales topped the 2 trillion-won mark, thanks to brisk demand amid the coronavirus pandemic.
