    新疆、10年間で新エネ発電1千億キロワット時以上を他地域に供給

    中国送電大手、国家電網傘下の新疆電力の最新データによると、風力・太陽エネルギー資源の豊富な新疆ウイグル自治区が、電力を他地域に送る「疆電外送」ルート4本を通じ、過去10年余りに20省・自治区・直轄市に、新エネルギー発電を1千億キロワット時以上供給。標準炭3200万トンの消費削減に相当する規模で、中国の二酸化炭素排出削減目標実現を後押ししている。新疆電力取引センターの張俊(ちょう・しゅん)氏によると、2011年に初めて「疆電外送」に新エネルギーを導入。その年の供給量は2億2600万キロワット時にとどまったが、20年末には267億6千万キロワット時に拡大した。環境保護の面から見ると、1千億キロワット時の新エネルギー発電量は標準炭換算で3200万トンの消費を削減でき、二酸化炭素8640万トン、二酸化硫黄27万2千トン、窒素酸化物23万7千トンの削減に相当する。原炭に換算すると2240万トンで、鉄道車両1両当たりの積載量を60トンとすると、輸送に約37万3300両が必要となる。同自治区の新エネルギー発電産業はここ数年、着実に発展しており、設備容量が3582万5500キロワットと、中国の上位に入った。利用効率も16年の63%から昨年には91%へと高まっている。=配信日:2019(令和元)年10月23日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ

    「新華社」新疆ウイグル自治区、南部農牧民への電気暖房の提供を開始

    中国新疆ウイグル自治区の南北を隔てる天山山脈の南側に位置するカシュガル地区、ホータン地区、クズルス・キルギス自治州でこのほど、今年3月から実施されていた石炭から電気へのエネルギー転換事業に伴う送電網の整備が完了した。31万6300戸の農牧民が利益を享受する。一般農家は900元(1元=約15円)、貧困世帯は300元前後で電気による暖房が利用できるようになるという。同自治区は豊富な石炭資源を誇るが、産地から遠い南部地区へは輸送コストがかかるため、農牧民への経済的負担が増えていた。また、同地区の農牧民はこれまで、主に各戸で炭やまきなどを燃料に暖を取っていたため、環境と生態保護の面でも問題が生じていた。中国送電大手の国家電網の子会社、新疆電力の関係者の試算によると、暖房シーズンに同地区の農牧民が1戸当たり標準炭約3トンを消費すると仮定した場合、今冬に全戸が電気による暖房を移行することで約95万トンが節約でき、二酸化炭素約246万トン、二酸化硫黄約2万2800トンの排出削減効果が得られるという。(記者/張嘯誠、杜剛)<映像内容>石炭から電気へのエネルギー転換事業、送電網の整備の様子、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ

    「新華社」新疆ウイグル自治区の外部送電量、10年で3千億キロワット時超える

    「新華社」莆田平海湾洋上風力発電所、基礎の埋設作業完了福建省
