    「新華社」複数の措置で国境からの感染流入を阻止雲南省騰衝市

    ミャンマーに隣接する中国雲南省騰衝(とうしょう)市には、猴橋(こうきょう)、滇灘(てんたん)、明光(めいこう)の三つの国境の町がある。同市は実情を踏まえ、新型コロナウイルス感染症対応策を模索し、感染予防・抑制勤務拠点の国境付近への移転や地域を網の目に区切った「グリッド化管理」の実施、共同予防・抑制の強化などの措置を講じた。知恵と力を結集し、国外からの感染流入防止対策を強化している。猴橋鎮は中国・ミャンマー間の国家1類口岸(通関地)に指定されている。同鎮では国境聯検ビルから5キロ離れた中緬友誼トンネルの入り口に新たな感染予防・抑制勤務拠点を設置。通関地職員60人を派遣し、感染の流入防止に当たっている。滇灘鎮は閉鎖式グリッド化管理を速やかに実施し、国境地帯の住民の出入国管理を強化した。出入国者に対する引き返し勧告や登録、体温測定、感染有無や程度などに基づく分類を実施。国境に近い集落の全面調査と管理を強化している。明光鎮は国境管理や国境集落、国境付近の町など国外からの感染流入を防ぐ複数の防御線の構築に力を入れている。派出所や国境警備、出入国管理などの各人員を統合した共同予防・抑制を強化している。(記者/林碧鋒)<映像内容>中国とミャンマーの国境、新型肺炎の水際対策、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
