01:10.502020年03月10日「新華社」江西省の13歳少女、心停止4日目に蘇生中国江西省人民医院(南昌大学付属人民医院)重症医学科でこのほど、心停止が続いていた13歳の患者が、同科の全ての医療スタッフや心臓内科の協力により蘇生し、心臓が4日目に再び動き出した。同省宜春市宜豊県の13歳の少女は、重度のウイルス性心筋炎と心不全のため江西省人民医院の重症医学科に入院した。2月27日の入院時には既に心室頻拍や心原性ショック、急性腎不全などの症状が現れ、その夜、医療スタッフが緊急で体外式膜型人工肺(ECMO)を導入して治療を行ったが、4時間後には心電図で動きが見られなくなり、心エコーも心拍が停止したことを示した。4日目の3月1日午後9時、患者の心電図モニターに動きが見られ、翌日には心臓に微弱な収縮が見られた。3日には心臓の収縮が明らかに強まり、心電図は患者自身の心拍の回復を示した。心臓検査のさまざまな指標や心筋細胞の浮腫も徐々に回復し、心臓が動き始め、集中治療室の医療スタッフが見守る中、奇跡が起こった。(記者/彭菁)<映像内容>心停止していた少女が4日後に蘇生、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ

01:55.682020年07月02日「新華社」中国と日本の「善意のリレー」が重病の女性患者救う中国湖北省武漢市の華中科技大学同済医学院付属協和医院は2日、記者会見を行い、中日両国の医療専門家による国境を越えた命のリレーが成功したと発表した。同医院心臓大血管外科主任の董念国(とう・ねんこく)教授によると、患者は順調に回復しており、一定期間のリハビリを行った後で通常の生活が可能になるという。患者の父、孫さんは2日、「娘が名古屋から武漢に無事に搬送され、心臓移植手術も受けることができた。本当に感謝している」と語った。孫さんの娘、玲玲(れいれい)さん(仮名、24)は、2年前に訪日し、愛知県内の電子機器メーカーで働いていたが、不適切な薬の服用で重度のアレルギー反応を引き起こし、腎臓と心臓の機能が低下した。昨年5月、同県の藤田医科大学病院に入院し「巨細胞性心筋炎」と診断された。9月には体外式補助人工心臓の装着手術を受け、術後にはベッドから降りて歩けるようになったが、この病気を根本的に治療するには、心臓移植を受けなければならなかった。さまざまな理由から日本で移植手術を受けることは難しかったが、直ちに手術をしなければ、命に危険が及ぶ可能性もあった。娘を心配した孫さんは今年1月19日、華中科技大学同済医学院付属協和医院を訪れて董念国氏のチームと緊密に連絡を取り、玲玲さんを帰国させて移植手術を受けることを決めた。だが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、予定していた1月24日の武漢行きの便が欠航になった。玲玲さんが使っていた2個の遠心ポンプは、3カ月ごとに交換する必要があり、それまでも細菌感染や脳梗塞などの合併症を起こしていたため、できるだけ早く中国に搬送する必要があった。3月に入り、名古屋から武漢への国際搬送計画が再スタートした。董氏は、今回のような患者の搬送は容易でなく、民間航空機を改装して専用のストレッチャーベッドや各種医療機器を設置する必要があったと説明した。各方面の綿密な準備により、さまざまな難題を一つずつ克服。万全を期すため、中日双方の医療チームはリハーサルも行った。<映像内容>日本にいた中国人重病患者を心臓移植手術のため中国へ搬送、撮影日:2020(令和2)年7月2日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
