    中国江西省人民医院(南昌大学付属人民医院)重症医学科でこのほど、心停止が続いていた13歳の患者が、同科の全ての医療スタッフや心臓内科の協力により蘇生し、心臓が4日目に再び動き出した。同省宜春市宜豊県の13歳の少女は、重度のウイルス性心筋炎と心不全のため江西省人民医院の重症医学科に入院した。2月27日の入院時には既に心室頻拍や心原性ショック、急性腎不全などの症状が現れ、その夜、医療スタッフが緊急で体外式膜型人工肺(ECMO)を導入して治療を行ったが、4時間後には心電図で動きが見られなくなり、心エコーも心拍が停止したことを示した。4日目の3月1日午後9時、患者の心電図モニターに動きが見られ、翌日には心臓に微弱な収縮が見られた。3日には心臓の収縮が明らかに強まり、心電図は患者自身の心拍の回復を示した。心臓検査のさまざまな指標や心筋細胞の浮腫も徐々に回復し、心臓が動き始め、集中治療室の医療スタッフが見守る中、奇跡が起こった。(記者/彭菁)<映像内容>心停止していた少女が4日後に蘇生、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
