  「文化の砂漠」から「デザイン都市」へ変貌遂げる深圳

  深圳の文化スポット「ＮａｎｈａｉＥ－ｃｏｏｌ（南海意庫）」にある景観デザイン企業、深圳奥雅設計で働くデザイナー。（２０１８年６月２０日撮影）都市としての歴史が浅い中国広東省深圳市は、生活テンポは速い都市だが、文化的な蓄積が不足していることから、かつては「文化の砂漠」とされてきた。同市は２００３年に「文化立市」戦略を率先して打ち出し、２００８年１１月には、国連教育科学文化機関（ユネスコ）の「デザイン都市」に認定された。ここ数年、文化面での革新的な発展で目覚ましい成果を上げている。統計データによると、同市の文化クリエイティブ産業の付加価値額は２０１８年に２６２１億７７００万元（１元＝約１６円）に達し、対ＧＤＰ比が１０％を上回った。今では文化産業が国民経済を支える支柱産業になっており、同市の発展において重要な位置を占めている。（深圳＝新華社記者／毛思倩）＝２０１８（平成３０）年６月２０日、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ

  「新華社」第２回「一帯一路」国際協力サミットフォーラムメディアセンターの試験運用開始

  中国北京で開催される第２回「一帯一路」国際協力サミットフォーラムのメディアセンターが２３日、試験運用を開始した。メディアセンターは国家会議センターのＥ１、Ｅ２ホールにあり、総面積は１万１０００平方メートル。完備した報道施設とサービスを提供する他、５Ｇネットワークによるフルカバーの実現など、さまざまな先進技術が導入されている。フォーラムには４１００人余りの記者が登録しており、うち１６００人程が中国本土以外のメディアの記者となっている。これ以外にも、最新の顔認証電子ロッカーも設置されている。記者も利用したが、非常に便利で安心だと感じた。センター内の景観デザインにはシルクロード文化が色濃く反映され、関連絵画、装飾が飾られ、施されているだけでなく、各種メディアやＬＥＤスクリーンを利用した「一帯一路」建設の成果展示もある。また、無形文化遺産の伝承者による中国画、宮花（花の形のアクセサリー）、彩絵（壁などに描く装飾画）、軟陶（ポリマークレイ）製作の実演も行われる。（記者／王普、王修楠）＜映像内容＞第２回「一帯一路」国際協力サミットフォーラムメディアセンターの様子、撮影日：２０１９（平成３１）年４月２３日、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ

  「新華社」杭州アジアパラ競技大会のデザイン計画を発表大会組織委員会

  中国浙江省杭州市で２０２２年に開催される第１９回アジア競技大会、第４回アジアパラ競技大会の組織委員会は２９日、イメージ・景観デザインの運用に関する重要な指針として、大会会場の内外と都市景観におけるエンブレム、スローガン、マスコット、アイコン、コアグラフィック、カラー・システムなどのイメージ要素の運用規範を含む、イメージ・景観の全体計画を正式に発表した。規格デザインの一連のビジュアルイメージ、パブリックアート、夜景造成の「ツールキット」は、都市の玄関口やランドマーク、大会専用ルート、競技会場、選手村、オフィシャルホテル、聖火リレールートなどで使用できる。同計画は当初のコンセプトデザインから正式発表まで、約５カ月かけて何度も改善や修正が行われた。今ではほぼ完全な形の初版（ｖｏｌ・１）が完成しており、近く杭州をはじめ同省寧波市、温州市、金華市、紹興市、湖州市徳清県などの競技会開催都市に送られる。イメージ・景観の計画は段階的に実施され、前期では主に都市の玄関口としての役割を担う地域で、雰囲気作りが進められるという。（記者／夏亮、李濤） ＝配信日： ２０２１（令和３）年１月３１日、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ

  「新華社」北京の長安街、赤いちょうちんと中国結びで春節ムード
