中国山東省済南市城郷水務局によると、連日の雨に加え、節水や湧水保全のための総合的な措置が奏功し、「天下第一泉」と呼ばれる同市にある湧水、趵突泉(ほうとつせん)の地下水位が7日、30・04メートルに達し、1966年以来の最高を更新した。同市の泉の水位は、主に降水量の影響を受ける。每年10月から翌年6月までは渇水期に当たり、この時期になると趵突泉の水位は低下し、豊水期に入ると徐々に上昇する。同市は人工降雨やかん養、節水など一連の湧水のための総合的な保全措置を積極的に講じ、泉の湧出を助けている。済南市の降雨情報システムによると、今年に入ってからの同市の平均合計累積降雨量は1010・0ミリで、平年同期の618・2ミリより63・4%多く、昨年同期の665・2ミリを51・8%上回っている。同水務局によれば、豊水期に入ってから、度重なる降雨により、趵突泉の水位は上昇し続け、9月初めには29メートルを超えた。その後も20日連続で上昇し、過去最高の30・04メートルに達した。(記者/范長国) =配信日: 2021(令和3)年10月13日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
