    13日午前1時15分ごろ、群馬県渋川市赤城町勝保沢の関越自動車道上り線で、大型トラックが落ちていたタイヤに乗り上げて中央分離帯に衝突し、積み荷の水酸化ナトリウムが入ったポリタンク約500個が上下線に散乱した。けが人はなかった。散乱したポリタンクの撤去などのため渋川伊香保インターチェンジ(IC)―赤城IC間などで上下線が約8時間通行止めになった。<映像内容>薬剤の除去作業が進む関越自動車道の事故現場付近の空撮。13日午前9時54分、群馬県渋川市で撮影。

    中国西北部の科学研究チームがこのほど研究開発に成功した環境保護型防災耐久公文書ファイルと保存ボックスは、ほう酸亜鉛やナノ水酸化マグネシウム、ナノ水酸化アルミニウム、三酸化アンチモンなどのほう素を紙に浸透させた紙で作られている。ホウ素類は紙箱製造で用いるのりにも混ぜられているという。紙箱に防火、防虫、防カビの性能を持たせることで、火災による焼失やカビによる変質から貴重な書類や文献を守れるようになっている。国内の多くの公文書館や図書館では、1950年代の紙箱が使用されているが、これらは耐酸性がなく、虫やカビがつきやすい。研究チームは、関連製品の耐酸機能をさらに引き上げると同時に、防火、防虫、防カビの性能を持たせた。同研究プロジェクトは19日に専門家による検収を終えており、今後は大量生産に入る予定だという。同製品は多くの地方の公文書館や図書館の防災能力向上に役立ち、書類や文献の安全保証を技術面からサポートする。(記者/孫正好、姚友明)<映像内容>中国で燃えない紙箱を開発、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
