    「新華社」四川の野生パンダ、リアルタイム観測に成功

    「新華社」中国の科学者、雲南省景東県で地衣類の新種を発見

    中国の科学者はこのほど、雲南省普洱(ふじ)市景東イ族自治県で採集したヨコワサルオガセの一種の標本について、3年以上の研究の結果、地衣類の新種「磺盤(こうばん)ヨコワサルオガセ」と特定し、研究成果を国際学術誌に発表した。2017年に中国科学院微生物研究所真菌学国家重点実験室の郭守玉(かく・しゅぎょく)博士と、河北師範大学生命科学学院の韓留福(かん・りゅうふく)教授らが同県内の哀牢山を実地調査したところ、地衣類の同新種を発見。その後2回に分けて多数の標本を採集し、研究室に持ち帰り詳細な研究を行った。形態学的、解剖学的、科学的特徴および地理的分布から、特定のDNAバーコードの特定の配列を組み合わせて系統樹を作成し、複数の標本を比較することで最終的に新種として確定した。研究員によると、地衣類は真菌と藻類が共生する特殊な生物で、根、茎、葉の分化がなく、「生物圏のパイオニア」と呼ばれている。ヨコワサルオガセはその地衣類の中でも重要なグループという。(記者/孫敏) =配信日: 2021(令和3)年4月30日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
