WEB不可2020年01月20日No more wild pigs in the Volksstadion20 January 2020, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Greifswald: A sign with the writing “Caution ! Wild boars“ hangs on the grounds of the Volksstadion. The wild boars, which have stayed on the extensive grounds of the Volksstadion, have been driven away for the time being. The stadium is to be reopened on 21.01.2020. Last Friday the city forester had tried to drive a pack of wild boars out of the Volksstadion area. The Volksstadion was then closed, and the football match of Greifswalder FC against the U19 of FC Hansa Rostock, scheduled for Friday evening, was cancelled for security reasons. In February, a so-called wildlife manager will start his work at the city administration. He is to deal specifically with the problem of wild boars in the urban area.
