「新華社」中国気象局、河套地域の気候条件が良質の作物栽培に適していると認定

中国気象局の専門家は１０月２９日に開かれた「天賦河套・黄金農業栽培地帯」気候認証発表会で、全体的な定性・定量評価により、内モンゴル自治区の河套地域（中国北西部で黄河上・中流が湾曲して流れる地域）が作物栽培にとって非常に優れた気候条件を備えており、良質な農作物の栽培に適した地域であることを認定したと発表した。同自治区バヤンノール市は世界的な農作物栽培の黄金地帯である北緯４０度に位置し、市内の河套かんがい区域は取水口が１カ所の自然流下型かんがい区域としてはアジア最大となっている。同市は肥沃な土地と独特の気候により、小麦やヒマワリ、メロン、トマトなど特色ある良質な農作物を育ててきた。中国気象局公共気象サービスセンターは２０１８年から、河套地域の良質な農作物の生育理由について気候検証作業を実施。概念モデルと３０年分の気候データを用いて、同地域の作物栽培条件について全体的な定性・定量評価を行った。検証結果によると、河套地域は雨や曇りの日が比較的少なく、日照時間が長く、昼夜の温度差が大きい。これらの条件は作物にとって栄養となる物質を蓄積し、病害虫の発生を抑えるのに役立ち、春小麦やトウモロコシ、ヒマワリなど主要作物にとって鍵となる生育期の適温保証率が８０％以上となっている。光や熱、水、土壌資源の配置の優位性が際立っており、黄金の栽培地帯の形成に適した自然条件を作り上げている。（記者／李雲平）＜映像内容＞「天賦河套・黄金農業栽培地帯」気候認証発表会、農業の様子、撮影日：２０１９（令和元）年１０月２９日、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ
