    列車の検査は一般に整備士が工具で行うものだと考えるが、現在では「ブラック・テクノロジー(画期的で先進的な技術)」により、列車の分解点検などを行わなくとも、迅速に列車の「病状」を把握することができる。それが高速列車運行故障画像検査システム(TEDS)だ。重慶西高速鉄道車両センターは重慶市最大の高速鉄道の「4S店(販売、アフターサービス、部品供給、顧客サービスの4つの機能をもつ販売店)」とされる。ここにはマウスを握り、ディスプレイを見つめ、TEDS測定設備から送られてくる高速列車の部品の画像1枚1枚に注意深く目を通す人びとがいる。故障や潜在的な危険を見つけ出すことで、高速鉄道の順調かつ安全な運行を保証している。これらの装置が送り出すデータは膨大だ。8両編成であればTEDSセンターでの測定にかかる時間は約12秒。撮影画像は最大3千枚となる。分析官は10分以内で1編成分の1万を超える部品の検査と分析を行うことが求められる。1分半から2分で1車両分の検査を終わらせる必要がある。(記者/劉恩黎、張海舟、李愛斌)<映像内容>「高速列車運行故障画像検査システム」による列車の検査の様子、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
