    「新華社」浙江省の裁判所でAI支援システム導入

    中国浙江省杭州市江干区人民法院(地裁)で28日に行われた裁判で、人工知能(AI)プログラムが使用された。裁判は48万元(1元=約16円)の融資返済滞納に関するもので、裁判官がオンライン判決システムを操作し、AIプログラムを使って当事者に質問を行った。必要な審理を終えると、その場で判決が言い渡された。立件から判決まで、わずか5日間だった。同省最高人民法院(高裁)は同日、債権回収分野の裁判支援システム「鳳凰智審バージョン2・0」を、試験運用を経て正式に運用開始したと発表。同省では今後、同分野の裁判でシステムが活用されていく見込み。同システムは浙江省の金融総合サービスプラットフォームにも接続しており、債権回収分野の裁判でのオンライン立件や裁判、法執行をサポートする効率的な解決手段を提供していく。(記者/呉帅帅、宋立峰) =配信日: 2020(令和2)年12月31日、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ
