    「新華社」ロシアの木材、コルガス鉄道口岸最大の輸入品に新疆ウイグル自治区

    中国新疆ウイグル自治区イリ・カザフ自治州のコルガス市で今年、木材産業パークプロジェクトが始動したのに伴い、コルガス鉄道口岸(通関地)からの木材輸入量が増加し続けている。コルガス税関の統計によると、今年上半期にロシアから輸入された木材は合計5万1千立方メートルで、総重量は3万5600トン、輸入額は5222万7400元(1元=約16円)。鉄道口岸輸入貨物の40%以上を占めており、コルガス鉄道口岸最大の輸入貨物となった。コルガス経済開発区は今年初め、コルガス木材産業パークの建設を2019年の企業誘致重点プロジェクトとし、木材の仕入れや販売を行う企業3社を誘致して、木材産業の基盤を整備した。これらは全てロシアから輸入された木材で、主にモミ板と欧州アカマツ板。全行程鉄道で輸送され、カザフスタンを経由している。従来はウルムチの輸出加工区に木材を運んで加工するため、輸入から加工して販売するまで7日ほどかかっていた。現在は企業がコルガス鉄道口岸から輸入するようになったことで、時間が3~5日短縮され、企業のコストが大幅に削減された。(記者/周生斌)<映像内容>木材産業パークプロジェクト始動、木材輸入の様子、撮影日:撮影日不明、クレジット:新華社/共同通信イメージズ

    仮設園舎の女の子 豪雨の被災地から

    「見て、私こんなに高くこげるの!」。西日本豪雨で水没し、仮設園舎での保育が続く愛媛県西予市の野村保育所。仮設住宅に隣接する園庭で赤松祐奈ちゃん(3)が元気いっぱいにブランコをこいでいた。 被災当時、職員は泥にまみれた保育所の片付けをしながら、10日後には児童館で保育を再開。120人の園児には手狭だったが、子どもたちは生き生きと遊び、年下の子の面倒を見る姿に職員も再建へ奮い立った。宇都宮恵子所長は「この子たちの笑顔で、大人は頑張ったんです」と目を細める。昨年末には園庭のある仮設保育所が完成。来年秋には本園舎の完成を見込む。「命という一番大事なもんが残ったけん、ここまで来られました」=6月

    チベット自治区、貧困との闘いを振り返る
