    日本郵政は29日、かんぽ生命保険の不適切販売問題を受け、日本郵便とかんぽ生命保険の両社の役員、本社部長ら責任者を含む573人への処分を実施すると発表した。役員らの処分は初めて。これまで保険募集人と管理者を調査・処分してきたが、対象を広げ信頼回復を急ぐ考え。増田寛也日本郵政社長は同日の会見で、「創業以来の危機を招いたことを重く受け止め、厳格な人事処分を実施する」と説明した。両社の役員39人に、厳重注意や月額報酬の減額の処分を実施する。2014年度から18年度に該当部門を担当していた日本郵便の執行役員20人、かんぽ生命保険の執行役19人が対象。日本郵便の衣川和秀社長とかんぽ生命保険の千田哲也社長も含まれる。また両社で責任者は計339人処分する。日本郵便は同期間の本社部長や支社長ら、かんぽ生命保険は同期間の本社部長、エリア本部長、支店長ら。処分は戒告・訓戒・注意の3段階。日本郵政の役員を処分しなかったことについては、長門正貢前社長が辞任したことで責任を取ったとした。保険商品の営業再開については、3社の7月の取締役会で議論したことを明かした上で、増田社長は「議案を出す段階ではない。おわび行脚という趣旨を社員に浸透させる必要がある」との考えを示した。外部有識者による「JP改革実行委員会」は営業再開について、必要最低限の条件は満たしているとの認識を示している。写真は会見する増田日本郵政社長。=2020(令和2)年7月29日、東京都内、クレジット:日刊工業新聞/共同通信イメージズ
