02:30.802024年03月17日「新華社」中日交流の歴史たどる黄檗宗開いた隠元禅師ゆかりの寺を訪ねて「お客様にお茶を出すという習慣は、当時の日本にはなかった」。長崎県の興福寺の松尾法道住職は「隠元（いんげん）禅師が伝えたモノや文化が完全に日本のものになっている。本当に素晴らしいことだ」と語った。隠元禅師は俗姓を林、名を隆琦（りゅうき）という。１６５４年に招請に応じて弟子たちと共に現在の中国福建省アモイ市から船で日本に渡った。仏教の教えを広めただけでなく、当時の進んだ文化や科学技術も伝え、江戸時代の日本の経済・社会の発展に重要な影響を与えた。今年は隠元禅師が日本に渡ってから３７０年になる。福建省福清市と京都府宇治市にある黄檗（おうばく）山万福寺、長崎県の興福寺をそれぞれ訪問し、中日両国の人的・文化交流の歴史をたどった。隠元禅師は１６５９年に京都の宇治山麓にある土地１万坪を賜り、新たな寺院を建立。福清の寺と同じ名前の「黄檗山万福寺」と名付けた。生涯の中で「二つの黄檗を開き、東西に応化（おうげ）」した。福清の黄檗山を「古黄檗」、京都の黄檗山を「新黄檗」とし、「東西二つの黄檗」間の交流や相互訪問は今も続いている。日本の黄檗宗友好訪中団の一行２０人が１２日、同宗の祖庭（開祖ゆかりの寺院）である福清の黄檗山万福寺を訪問。黄檗宗の開祖、隠元禅師の功徳をたたえ、中日両国の平和と友好を祈った。福清の黄檗山万福寺の方丈、定明法師によると、隠元禅師が伝えた中国文化は庶民の教育から製薬、医療まで、日本のあらゆる分野に影響を与えた。松尾住職は「例えばダイニングテーブル。当時の日本人は１人用のお膳を使い、身分の順に並んで食事をしていたが、隠元禅師がテーブルを囲むということを日本に伝えた。これが皆で仲良くしなさいという隠元禅師の教え。今の時代こそやはり隠元禅師の教えが必要だと思う」と話した。隠元禅師が日本に伝えた福建の功夫茶は、後に煎茶と呼ばれるようになり、庶民の間にも広まった。日本の黄檗文化促進会の林文清（りん・ぶんせい）会長によると、隠元禅師が茶葉を大鍋で煮出す「大碗茶」を提唱したおかげで茶葉が庶民に普及し、誰もが茶を楽しめるようになった。政策研究大学院大学の足羽與志子客員教授は、書道や絵画、土木事業、印刷など日本のさまざまな分野に黄檗文化が浸透していったと指摘。「ものの考え方や美意識などにも影響を与えた」との見方を示した。隠元禅師は「道義撐持、東西互照（道義によって支え合い ＝配信日： ２０２４（令和６）年３月１７日、クレジッ...
