    大阪市立大学の燃料電地車を使って水素で船舶運航する実証実験  大阪市立大学複合先端研究機構の南繁行特任教授らは1日、燃料電池車を水素発電システムとして駆動する水素燃料電池搭載船(写真)の実証実験を公開した。カレントダイナミックス(大阪市住吉区)との共同開発。岸壁に水素補給ステーションがなくても、内陸部の既存施設で水素補給ができる。製作コストは従来の燃料電池船の約10分の1で、ランニングコストも抑えられる。実績のある燃料電池車の利用で安全性も確保できる。同船舶は総トン数が約2.6トン、全長は約9.5メートル。トヨタ自動車の燃料電池車「MIRAI(ミライ)」を搭載し、最大50立方メートルの水素を積める。国土交通省から運行認可も取得済み。時速8キロメートルで約13時間、時速4キロメートルでは約93時間の航行が可能。南特任教授は「安全で長期的に動くことを確認し、燃料電池船開発の発展のきっかけとしたい」と語った。=2019(令和元)年8月1日、撮影場所不明、クレジット:日刊工業新聞/共同通信イメージズ 「日刊工業新聞」
