  「新華社」伝統と自然を伝える日本パビリオン北京園芸博

  ２０１９中国北京国際園芸博覧会（北京園芸博）が２９日、一般公開された。世界の約１１０の国と国際機関、中国の各省・自治区・直轄市および香港・マカオ・台湾地区の特色ある展示エリア１００カ所余りがオープンし、各エリアを彩る庭園芸術や美しい花々が来場者の目を楽しませている。世界園芸展示エリアにある日本パビリオンも一般公開され、大勢の観光客でにぎわっていた。記者がこのほど、総括担当者の塩谷典子氏の案内で同パビリオンを訪れ、日本庭園や花々の芸術的な美しさを堪能する機会に恵まれた。多くの出展国が先進技術に重点に置いているとするなら、日本パビリオンの最大の特徴は、「自然回帰」であろう。日本パビリオンに展示された芸術作品には、現地で調達した植物と石材が使われている。塩谷氏によると、メイン展示スタンドに置かれた生け花は、その主材の松の木が上海で選ばれ、日本最古のいけばなの流派、池坊が制作したもの。外観は松の木一本のように見えるが、実際は５０の異なる木をつなぎ合わせて作られているという。大きな松とは不釣り合いの小さな鉢を用いて全体のバランスを取ることで、伝統的ないけばなの技法を示している。塩谷氏によると、今回展示されたいけばなは、池坊、小原流、草月流といった日本の有名ないけばなの家元が制作したものだという。同博覧会では１６２日間の会期中、春の彩り、夏の祭り、秋の実りという３つのテーマをめぐって、日本の四季折々の花や生活の美学にまつわる展示を行う。（記者／方芸暁、岳晨星）＜映像内容＞北京園芸博の日本パビリオンの風景、撮影日：２０１９（平成３１）年４月２９日、クレジット：新華社／共同通信イメージズ　※サイズの小さい動画です。　※画質が良くありません。
