04 May 2020, North Rhine-Westphalia, Oberhausen: A scaffolder works on the facade scaffolding and measures the alignment of the structure with a spirit level. The gasometer in Oberhausen is wrapped in 30,000 square meters of facade scaffolding for the duration of renovation work. The facade scaffolding will be enclosed piece by piece with a light-coloured tarpaulin, which will ensure that the paint and metal residues that are left over from the blasting of the envelope remain on the construction site. The gasometer is expected to be completely covered from June to August. The next exhibition is planned for spring 2021. Photo: Fabian Strauch/dpa、クレジット:DPA/共同通信イメージズ
